Workers Right
The Royal Guardian Party (RGP) plans to support workers’ rights to organize through the following measures:
- Restoring Workers’ Rights: Advocating for the restoration of workers’ rights to organize, join a union, and collectively bargain.
- Supporting Union Negotiations: Helping workers negotiate and bargain with employers for better outcomes.
- Ensuring Union Jobs in Clean Energy: Ensuring that jobs in the clean energy economy provide opportunities to join a union.
- Promoting Union Rights in Education: Supporting the rights of public school educators to organize, join a union, and collectively bargain.
- Investing in Union Job Training: Supporting pre-apprenticeship opportunities and registered apprenticeships with formal worker representation in program development.
- Protecting Union Rights in Trade Agreements: Ensuring that Iran’s trade agreements include enforcement provisions for workers’ rights, including the right to organize and collectively bargain.
By implementing these measures, RGP aims to strengthen unions, protect workers’ rights, and promote fair labor practices in Iran.
